Shipping policy

HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order. We try to keep this timeframe at a minimum however, please note, if an item you order has to be made or poured it can add 2 additional days to this timeframe. It typically takes 5-7 business days after processing to receive your order. Orders shipped outside of the US can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges. Please Note: During sale periods, processing time for standard shipping may be delayed due to an influx in orders.

U.S. CUSTOMERS

• USPS Standard Shipping: Arrives within 5-7 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail: Arrives in 2-4 business days (excluding the day of shipment).
• UPS: Arrives in 2-4 business days (excluding the day of shipment)

WORLDWIDE CUSTOMERS

• Please add up to 14 additional business days for delivery.

 

RUSTY WATER REVIVAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Delays with shipping due to post office error.

• International Duties or Customs charges

• Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

• Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
